So do our thoughts and feelings in reaction to the things that are happening around us, and what’s happening to us.
Like the song “life is a rollercoaster” everyone has good days and bad, sometimes the balance seems off though and the good may seem few and far between.
You may feel isolated and alone, but there are so many people out there who want to help.
